The tulle is surprisingly soft, no scratchy edges at all, and the headband stayed put through a whole birthday party. My niece wore it while dragging her plush doll around by the arm, and both survived the cake and the playground.

My daughter refuses to take this tutu off, even for bedtime. The headband actually stays put during her wild spinning sessions, which surprised me. Now her plush doll gets to twirl around the living room with her.

The matching set with the plush doll is such a sweet touch, my niece carries hers everywhere now. The tutu has just enough fluff to feel special without being itchy, and the headband actually stays put through a whole afternoon of play.
